Overview

We need sales professionals to assist in its growth. Telecommute and of course travel! We give you the tools, you just hit the numbers!

We are assigning designated reps geographically to each state. We are looking to scale, and scale fast!

Responsibilities 

 

Job duties will be prospecting and identifying new relevant businesses to be a supporting member of our network.

Send out a slick video explaining what we are, how to join and how it will bring more business to them

Follow up with your contacts and leads, close the deal and get paid! Its a numbers game to success and you just might have a whole state to grow!

We want you to succeed and give you every opportunity to do so.

Hours worked will be based on your ability to hit the given metrics

Experience 

Sales skills is a must, professional introductions, articulate communication skills, objection handling and strong closing skills

Back Line Sales Rep

 

Overview 
Are you a customer service rock star that can make a client or business partner blush because your that good? We need you! Our business model at myCampmate is ALL about customer service and helping our outdoor focused merchant partners grow and get new business using our platform.
When a sale is made and we add another member, that is where you will come in. Its the "warm hand off".
Are you not that keen on prospecting, lead generation or looking for new business but you are ridiculously great on the phone and taking care of clients? This is your position!
Once a Merchant has come on board that is what the Back Line Sales Reps function is.

In place we have the ideas guys, the customer service reps and the gals who write better than the guys. Its now time to start expanding and building the sales team. The world is a large place to conquer so we need a lot of you!

Responsibilities 
Your training will begin immediately. Between 10 to 15 days you will have an assigned location (that is big so that you have plenty of room to be successful) and will begin your pipeline generation.
Back Line Sales Reps will be responsible for the training, communication and customer satisfaction of the businesses that advertise with us. Your goal will be to train, retain and assist in their growth.
Experience 
1+ years in a customer service role
1+ years in a sales role or functions
Great computer skills, CRM SalesForce, excel, gmail, and general functions.
Social Media knowledge and skill of implementation
Skills 
Self Motivated
Professional
Highly disciplined. We dont want to, nor have the time to babysit.
High communication skills and ability to articulate.
Education
Minimum High School Grad
College degree is a +
Previous and provable sales experience is acceptable

You will be responsible for scouting the talent while the rest of us work on rapid fire growth.
You will represent us to the workforce, get the public excited to work with us and come along side this industry changer.

We need you to source, seek, attract, and evaluate all applicants for the positions we need

Grow and manage a pipeline of talent through all the various networks and other creative means.

Handle all interviews to evaluate talent and fit, and develop candidate interest.

Coordinate and facilitate phone and face to face interviews.

Represent the company with integrity and professionalism; act as an internal and external facing representative of the recruiting team.

Actively stay abreast of news and emerging trends in the tech startup space.
